Try it...

Her name is Colbie Caillat, recently she released a  song called "Try". Its talks about how today's beauty standards are up so high and how we shouldn't worry about what the media portrays as beautiful. The video shows many incredible transformation! Not by adding makeup, but removing it!!!

This message hit me quite strongly. I am a lover of makeup and do wear it on a regular basis  when I do work. Not because I'm trying to cover my acne, (but its some of the reason) but because I feel beautiful, flawless! The hair and makeup industry  solely relies on Revolving Creation (making something even better), has lost the beauty behind being makeup less.

For so many years (puberty years) I suffered from acne, not the cystic kind, but the kind you could to see from meters way. I went to school with about 400 student in the whole high school, it was great! I was never the popular type, I was liked by all. But never did I felt the need to wear make up to please! Recently moving to a capital city, I found many of the insecurities. The hairdressing industry is a place were everything revolved around looking beautiful. Makeup became a friend that would hide all of them. Every morning I would wake up at 6:30am to apply my make up and dress like I was going to a wedding.  I loved putting make up, it gave me confidences to interact with people I would not normally speak to. I found it so annoying because you would have to was it all off.

I have learnt a lot over the years, how to apply foundation, how to make it look natural. My best advise would be to give everything a go. Its going to take practice to make it look appealing to you and to others.

My make up had definitely evolved over the year

20 Harsh Life Lessons Everyone Should Learn In their 20's

As you know I have recently turned 21 and came across this before my 20 birthday and it have help put things into perceptive... Your 20's can be one of the most challenge decade you will have to face, but they can be the best! I hope this helps you to understand how to get the best out of this years.

Here are 20 life lessons that I have learnt, that everyones need to learn in their 20's.

1. Its really hard to save money. Started putting away $50 each week in a book to keep track and avoid you from spending it.

2. Relationships will make you crazy. I pesonally have not been in a relationship, but I have seen what my friends went through. That's why I am dating first to get to know the person first.

3. Your Body is getting older. As much as I would love to stop the ageing process, I can help to reduce it. By eating good food and walking.

4. There is no such thing as an easy and successful path. No there is not but doing things that seem scary will be the greatest steps you ever took to find yourself on that successful path.

5. You won't have as many people as you did in school. Moving 2000km has proved this point even more. Friends are not going to help you get that dream job, but it's nice to have friends who can support you on the journey.

6. Being in debt is something you have to pay off. Reaching that goal to be debt free is something you need to do! By taking it out of your account first helps to avoids you from missing a payment. The quicker you get it done, rewards in the end make it all worth it.

7. The real world isn't all rainbows and lollipops. Sometimes we need trials in our life to enjoy the rainbows even more.

8. You will make bad decisions. Trust me I have had my fair share of bad decisions and sometime I wished it didn't happen but I am glad because I have learned from those mistakes.

9. You don't have everything figured out. Take control and compile a few picture of what you would like to achieve in the short and long term and put them on your wall. Seeing your goals will help you to achieve them.

10. You will have many jobs. I had many jobs (between 8-9 since I was 13) not because I was fired but because I wanted to try new things. And I think this has help sculpt who I am. Ticking of what I like about certain jobs.

11. You can't go out to parties like you used to. I kinda never did the whole club thing, but I see no need to dress up and go out and spend a lot of money to have a good time that I might not remember.

12. It's okay to try new things. Trying things like joining new Facebook groups (it's free) to learn things from others.

13. It's hard to settle down. Your job may lead you to relocate. Sometimes relocating is the best decision you could ever make. Pray and see if that door is opened.

14. Some companies that you work, don't always doesn't care about you! The reality is you are replaceable. So make them believe you are their only choice! Chances are you could be promoted!

15. You continue to compare yourself to others. Being single can help you find who you are, so take time for you and you will start loving yourself.

16. Life doesn't get easier. Learning from those trial can help build your character and help you to move forward in life.

17. Loving yourself is hard. In the media driven society we sometime believe we need to look a certain way to be excepted. Imagine if we all looked to same, how boring would that be!!!

18. Peer pressure doesn't go away or does media pressure!

19. College might not have been worth it. I know this from experience, I started a course and found it was not for me, I still have a passion for interior design, but it will be useful if an when I decide to build a home.

20. You might move back with your parents. It's ok, I moved back, I called it teenage crisis. I have been lucky I was able to move into a train carriage, it has no elecrity and plumbing, but it's my space. It's cheap rent, so I'm not complaining.

My quote that I live by is

We have people come into our lives, it could be a short of long time, but they are hear to teach us lessons once we have taught it they leave us.

Imagine a world with Commandments: A Law under Grace

want to take this moment to ask you something that could simply change this world...

By the sounds of the title I have written, your properly thinking well that would be a boring life, I might as we'll be in jail. Let me spell it out for you:

In the book of Exodus we are commanded to do these things, but how many are really doing it...

Exodus 20:2-14,16-17 NKJV
[2] "I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. [3] "You shall have no other gods before Me.

[4] "You shall not make for yourself a carved image-any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; [5] you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, [6] but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

[7] "You shall not take the name of the LORD your God in vain, for the LORD will not hold him guiltless who takes His name in vain.

[8] "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. [9] Six days you shall labor and do all your work, [10] but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. [11] For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

[12] "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the LORD your God is giving you.

[13] "You shall not murder.

[14] "You shall not commit adultery.

[15] "You shall not steal.

[16] "You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor.

[17] "You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's."

http://www.pinterest.com/pin/101964379034635308/

Now this might look like a lot of writing about stuff that doesn't concern you, well I break it down for you.

1. Do you have another gods before Gods? Buddhas, Popes, Monks???
2. Do you have any carved images of Jesus Christ or Saint Mary?
3. Do you say OMG, or Gosh, Gee?
4. Do you worship God and relax on the 7th day being Saturday?
5. Do you look after your parents, do your respect them?
6. Have you stolen something?
7. Have you murdered someone? Or told someone you hate them?
8. Have you had sex outside of marriage, or lusted or mentally undressed a woman or man in your mind? Or had sex with a married woman
9. Have you lied?
10. Do you lust after things you can not have?

Have you consider that if you break one law, you have broken all of them. James 2:9-10 NKJV [9] but if you show partiality, you commit sin, and are convicted by the law as transgressors. [10] For whoever shall keep the whole law, and yet stumble in one point, he is guilty of all.

And for breaking a law, death is the concequence. Romans 6:23 NKJV
[23] For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

These commandments were not put here for you to have a miserable life. He was doing it because he loves you and wants to protect and guide you through this life Consider this Bible to be a HANDBOOK to this LIFE. Just like in Romans 6:12-14 NKJV
[12] Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. [13] And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. [14] For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.

A message to my Generation

This is a message to my generation
But first let me take a selfie
Hashtag selfe, LOL, Twerk
Just a few words that have consumed our daily lives
Our work, and by work, our purpose what we were sent here to do by an amazing Creator.
But we have forgotten about Him too.
See we like more about the amount of likes we have on our Instagram photo, then the amount of love we show.
And we turn of the TV the second we get home, but we turn our head when we see someone alone
Someone lost, someone hurting,
But we are to busy rewording a tweet
And we live in this bubble were our live is so sweet.
Self surfactant, self serving,
Isn’t it unnerving to live in a world that values material possessions?
And doesn’t bother the ask the question
What we do as right and instead does it feel good.
I mean if it feels good, it must be right
But we forget that the most regret comes from what seem to feel good at the time.
We say we want to change the world, but all we do is change our status.
But Molly I post about Jesus,
Yeah well that good and fine but selfie with a bible verse
I guess what I am implying, it’s about making everyone think that our lives are so grand.
Funny how the boastful was the ones that Christ couldn’t stand.
And its not surprising how walks of insecurity are rising.
When were are constantly comparing our back stories, to the highlights of everyone lives.
I meet more girls everyday, who would rather die, because they see themselves worthless.
They think their life has no purpose.
Who can compare the image to the beauty in Vogue, that seemingly perfect.
Guys getting high and using girls as their drug, because bro you ant cool if you living as a thug.
It just a circle of using and being used.
And I’m so done with the gift of free well, being abused.
It times make your life worth something more the just the highest score on flappy Bird.
You have voice that should be heard.
You want to be happy and love yourself more.
How about you stop focusing on you and start opening a door.
Covering a meal, live your life in a way that a person you portray isn’t a copy of the person who the world tells you to be.
Cause the very best version is the one that can break free of all the influence.
And find that inner confidence and once you find that you are going to start to realise that you don’t need more then 12 like to feel pretty.
And you wont wanna a sub-tweet to get others petty.
Once we can this point were change begins to happen and maybe in crazy but I have this vision that our generation breaks this stereotype of religion.
That we break down the walls of judgement and pride. And instead with arms open welcome everyone inside to a place where we can all come together to the things that God really wanted.
Like loving each other and loving Him.
More than ourselves and more then our things.
Now some say that wont happen,
So I challenge you to make the change in yourself and change what the future brings.
Cause maybe social media sucks what is the norm.
But for I wont be frozen in the world, that I have been chosen to transform.

Thank you to Molly Kate Kestner for this inspirational video.

I hope you enjoyed

Why I go to Church on Saturday

I come into contact with some many people from every walks of life. From the elderly to babies, and a common question I always get ask is why are you closed on Saturday. And without hesitation I say because I got to church that day. For a second they seem intrigued as to why a young person like me goes to church on the Saturday.... But I always turn with a smile and say "we are open every other day, and it hasn't affected us closing on the Saturday."

You may be asking why I go to church on a Saturday? But first I want to make this clear... I don't expect you to understand what I believe, and same with you, can not expect to understand what you believe. All I ask is that you respect my views, and I'll do the same...

Now where were we, that's right. I observe the day of rest or also known as Sabbath on every Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. Why? Because it is written the Bible. Now many people believe that we don't need to keep The Commandment. It's told in the bible (THE COMMANDMENT ARE TO BE KEPT)

It is clearly told in Exodus 20:8-11 NKJV:
[8] "Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. [9] Six days you shall labor and do all your work, [10] but the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God. In it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male servant, nor your female servant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger who is within your gates. [11] For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

This day was given to us so that we could relax, take a break from working 6 days of the week and to come together praising our wonderful creator.

Now you might be thinking what are you allowed to do... Well hear is what I do...

I try to prepare most things before the sunset on Friday, so I don't have to do much
I wake up, go for a walk on my parent property, soak in the day.
I read some of the literature that is given from my church and read 1 book of Proverbs.
I shave my legs in my room, which is looking over a beautiful hill side and listen to a sermon.
I go and have a shower, put a beautiful dress on and lesson to the rest of the sermon and apply my make.
I make lunch before I go
Then drive to the hall

Things that ok to do

Making a meal
Starting the dishwasher
Walking
Shaving your legs
Makeup
Driving

Things I don't do

Washing the clothes
Gardening
Work
Exercise
Cleaning the house

We are not like most churches, we are greeted by the beautiful and handsome teens in suits and dresses,  handing out Hymnal and weekly updates. Exactly 1:30pm with the occasional few still talking. We start with 3 hymns all written from the Bible (not hands in the air and shaking like you don't care) played either on the piano or iPod, followed by an opening pray by one of the gentlemen. We hear from a speaker who will take on a topic from the bible and talk for 15-20 minutes then follows by a hymn, notices of upcoming events. Then it's time for the Sermon, which can last anywhere from 45mins to 1 and 1/4 hours, on topics like...

Family
Relationships
Singles
Prophecy
Loyalty
Commandments
The Sabbath
Kingdom
Prayer and so much more

From these I learnt so much, about being kind, learning to grow up as a godly woman and knowing my great future ahead. It's these men of God, that I am able to under my Creator.

I have found it a great blessing to meet like minded people from all around the world, from the UK, USA to Africa. I have only been in this church for 2 years and 9 months, but it feels like forever. I wouldn't trade anything, my life is almost complete and I have a purpose for living.

If you found this quite intriguing please don't hesitate and email some questions, I will be more than happy to answer them.

And for information on what I believe go to Tomorrows World

Dreaming of a Happy Ending

I have come to realise that life can be taken from us so quickly! With or without Cancer. You mighty have seen the recent movie The Fault in out Stars. It has been one of the most moving movies I have ever watch!!! I guess I never realised how much you could love a person and for them to be taken away so quickly. This really hit a cord with me! To be perfectly honest I cry so much after I watched the movie. I prayed to God, the amazing creator of this earth, that I'm so grateful for this opportunity to be a somewhat healthy human and to understand His plan for me. I guess many have dreams to have a success for job, family and life. And I do too, but their is something I have wanted to do for most of my life, and that is to meet people that influence me...

My name is Ebonee and I'm 20 years old. And I would to meet 25 people, not to become famous but to meet them and ask them about them... For most of us, to meet a famous person is sometimes a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I have realised, like so many others. Life is short and we wish to make the most of it and dream ahead... But I can not! I'm not afraid of dying, I'm afraid I will miss out on opportunities. I have so many dreams but I don't know how long I have to complete them. I'm not a cancer patient waiting for the next doctors appointment. I live in the real world, we're you have to drive yourself to work, make friends and laugh a peoples jokes!

I was diagnose at the age of 2 with server Asthma. Asthma is not something I can control. I don't need to be confined to a hospital bed. But I'm living a daily struggle of survival. Asthma can take peoples lives, as simple as a finger click. I don't want you to take petty on me... I have so many dreams I want to complete, this is why I am writing to you...

Below is a list of people I would love to meet or even me be in contact with. I really admire these people. I'm not a creepy stalker that knows everything about them. I would love to meet these people and see how they work. These people inspire me to be a better person and I would like to tell them that. I also would love to sing with them some of them as well.

The people I would love to meet...
Rascal flats
Hunter Hayes
Ansel Elgort
Zac Efrom
Zoella
Keith Urban
Celine Dion
Demi Lovato
Nick Jonas
Lennon and Maisy
One direction
5sos
Louis Cole
Nash Grier
Cameron Dallas
Carrie Underwood
Duggar family
Jack Harries
Guy Tang
Josh Hutchson
Bethany Hamilton
Jackie Evancho
Alex Pettyfer
Taylor Lautner
Rachel Bilson

I'm not asking to you to move the moon, I'm asking to meet 25 people.

I fear every day might be my last, so can you please help my dreams come true, by sharing this and tagging these people. I pray everyday that a miracles can happen, for everyone I meet.

I guess this would be my happy ending...

Thanks Ebonee

It was built at Islington, South Australia and entered service on the 24th of July 1924 (almost 90 years old).

It was converted for suburban use I the 1960's and became car No. 832. It has been estimated to have travelled 2 million miles. For part of its time it ran on the old Adelaide to willunga line, which it is where it is now situated and no longer moves.

The line was open by Sir Henry Galway (Governor of South Australia) on 20/1/1915 and closed 1969.

The sleepers that the train lies on are the originals, which were kindly supplied by Wirra Wirra Winery.

It came to McLaren Vale site on the 28th November 1984.

Nowadays it is a shop. Recently taken over by the Schiffmann Family. The shop that has different flavours and varieties of Almonds, Cashews nuts.
